How to reach us

Email us if you need help with billing, missing credits, account questions, or a refund request. If you already have a resumefix account, signing in and opening a support request from the account page is usually the fastest option because it automatically includes your billing context.

Billing and credit help

We can help with checkout issues, credits that did not appear as expected, billing questions, and account-related purchase follow-up.

  • Include the email address used for purchase or sign-in.
  • If you have one, include the receipt or charge confirmation.
  • Tell us what happened and what you expected to see.

Refund policy

Purchases are final except where required by law or where we expressly say otherwise.

If a paid generation fails before producing output, we restore the credit so you can try again without paying twice.

If you believe a charge was made in error, contact us and we will review it with the purchase details we have on file.
