Terms and Conditions

Using resumefix requires an account in good standing and available credits unless we explicitly grant admin or support access.

Credits are the normal entitlement for generation. We may pause or refuse access where abuse, fraud, billing evasion, or system-protection concerns are detected.

You may not:

• Create or control multiple accounts to evade billing, credit usage, refunds, or abuse controls.
• Resell, sublicense, or provide agency/API-style access to others.
• Use bots, scripts, or automation to generate excessive requests.
• Attempt to bypass security, throttling, or abuse controls.

We may deny requests, suspend or terminate accounts, revoke access, or cancel suspicious generations before processing when these terms are violated or abuse controls are triggered.

Each credit gets you one professionally rewritten resume and one targeted cover letter for a single job application. Purchases are final except where required by law or where we expressly state otherwise. Credits remain valid for 12 months from purchase. If a paid generation fails before producing output, we restore the credit.

You are solely responsible for final resume content and any submitted applications. You must verify the accuracy and truth of all claims, dates, and achievements in your materials.

You authorize processing of uploaded or pasted content to provide the service. We may retain limited metadata and logs for security, abuse prevention, billing, and service operations.

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of job placement, interview outcomes, or uninterrupted availability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, resumefix is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
